John Rigoli is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. He specializes in working with children, teens and adolescents on anger management, attachment issues and social skills.
He is currently serving in a private practice with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are relationship and couples therapy and utilizes The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. In addition, he utilizes his training in EMDR to treat PTSD and trauma victims.
John is an interactive, client-centered therapist and utilizes EMDR and CBT therapy in his practice. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
